Work Party Notifications by Skill
Develop a way to send a normal notification to all qualified members of a specific skill when a work party for that skill is posted on a job board. Even maybe include a check box if the job poster wants the notification sent or not.

Maybe add notification functionality to the economy button so that if a user has the specialty requested on the contract board, their economy button shows a red dot or a number of contracts that apply, etc.
