Walls (way to make town borders stronger)
This feature would require 2 new items, a paper [Defense Paper] (made through Paper Milling and a [Wall Base] made through the Mason.
A Wall Base would be a block craftable only a Masonry Table. They do nothing special on their own, but once you construct an Embassy Desk, you have a tab within it that allows u to insert [Defense Papers] to get consumed as a fuel/upkeep. While the upkeep is paid, each Wall Base (up to 5 per chunk and softcapped at like 30-40% resistance total) increases that chunks resistance to being influenced and swapping sides.
The idea is once you are properly a town and have a proper embassy going, you can invest in these walls to help protect your borders from rapid change in influence, but you must have a constant supply of [defense papers] to keep up the protection. If you are unable to pay the upkeep Wall Bases loose all effect and your town can be easily annexed by larger more cultured neighbors.
