Voting and notification system

In voting now there are only options yes and no - there is no option to abstain, in the end we do not get a real picture of the votes because everyone who would abstain votes for. We also need the ability to filter notifications about voting (for example, I want to receive notifications only about voting conducted by my mayor). The notification system, in principle, needs improvement and the ability to disable messages that are not important to you

Thanks for your suggestion, to enable easy and efficient voting please in the future try to only have one suggestion per opened issue :)
