Upgrades raises room requirements
This would be a mechanic that would drive the need to upgrade houses to more modern materials. Basically it would mean that each level of upgrade raises the room requirement of the crafting table by a small amount, just like the lavish trait. This is enabled by the new shift in tiers and addition of Adobe block,which have made the tier system more durable and dynamic.
