Trade view filter based on selling or buying
A simple toggle in the trade view to be able to view items that are for sale or being bought only
A lot of the times im scrolling through and don't need a bunch, i know it's possible to click the selling and buying buttons but then it gets all mixed up when i try to click the distance button so defeats the purpose.
Would look a lot cleaner and make finding the closest items easier

Yes, this. When I'm searching the world for a certain thing I need to buy, I don't want to see all the people that are also looking to buy them. The number of times I've shown up at a shop to buy something only to realize they were requesting it and not selling it, is way too high. As said above, sorting is not a good solution since we always want it to stay sorted by distance.
