The Metate and Mano: Stone tools for grinding grains into flour and meal.
Originating in ancient Mesoamerican cultures, a Metate is a simple flat stone on which grain is placed. A Mano is a hand held grinding stone that is either used in a back-and-forth or circular motion to grind the grain. It is a labor intensive process but allows a very low tech civilization to cook and consume basic flat breads and corn meal based foods. Nearly every civilization has had their cultural equivalents to these tools with the oldest known samples found in an Italian cave and dating back 32,000 years ago.
In Eco this should be a valid option to expand Campfire Cooking and the food economy in the early game. Using these types of tools would give zero XP in order to preserve the game balance, but this would be offset by a very slight up tick in XP from having a balanced and varied diet.
