The court does not make laws

The system of separation of powers implies the presence of legislative, executive and judicial powers. Laws are discussed and adopted by parliamentarians. Courts only administer justice by following the law. Then why in the game are laws written in court? These tables should be called parliament, duma, etc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Separation_of_powers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legislature

We have purposefully decided to use Courts as objects to display the power of laws, so we could use an easily relatable object that can be displayed in buildings. There is not really much alternative for it that could be used from a parliament side to also fulfill the goal of having a object that makes sense to represent the idea and that can be used for meaningful decoration of government buildings. While of course we could use a bunch of parliamentary chairs or a speakers podest (which we already have for other reasons, though), that wouldn't be as impressive. If we ever happen to include the third power of governments, that may change. Feel free to suggest what other objects we could use, but we don't plan to exchange these until we consider the judicial branch.
