Taro Fries - Balance feedback

I know it's pretty specific but I'm disappointed with the late game balance of Taro roots, specifically "Taro Fries", "Loaded Taro Fries" and "Fish and Chips". Taro roots are high in carbs, which is reflected in things like Chared, Baked and Fried Taro Roots. Clam chowder is also great for combining protein from the clams with the high carbs. Rainforest salads getting a lot of carbs from it as well. But with Taro Fries you have low Carbs (10) and High Fat (20). Like yeah it's understandable you'd get a ton of fat adding oil but having almost half the carbs compared salads doesn't seem right when the entire meal is all carbs. Should be closer to clam chowder in carbs (18). Then you have Loaded Taro Fries and "Fish and Chips", which take taro fries as an ingrediant. Loaded Taro Fries add Cheese and Prepared Meat to the fries but end up having WORSE Fat score (18) than plain Taro Fries (20), slightly more Carbs (14) and a patetic amount of protien (6). At the very least it should be better in Fat and Carbs compared to Taro fries from the Cheese and a bigger increase in protien so it can justify the need for meat. As for Fish and Chips, it does a good job increasing Carbs (20) but it has the same amount of Fat (20) as the fries even though you're adding more oil to it. The protien levels are pretty low too for needing 8 raw fish (10). (Charred fish has more protien (11)) At the end of the day all I want to do is larp as a Fish and Chip boardwalk food stall. But the current values make it so no one wants to buy my food unless I take a big loss. I also suspect other players think they aren't great either as the use of Taro Roots falls off as the game progresses and I don't usually see people selling fries or the other fries based food.
