Stockpile Range Upgrade
A new upgrade for Storage stockpiles (e.g. Stockpile Upgrade Basic) that gives them increased stockpile interaction range (If there were multiple tiers, it might increase it in stages, else if it was a flat upgrade it could give x2 range) as a way to give vanilla / close-to-vanilla servers a way to help alleviate the short range of stockpiles.
