Shared access/authorizations
Hello, after some servers and many struggles, I would suggest devs to add a kind of in-game group/company where you can add your trusted friends/ teammates in.
This way, you can place ANY claim/deed/vehicle and all your group-mates are already authorized on them and no need to wait for your buddy to wake up and log in the following day etc, this would be awesome :D
ALSO, give this group the ability to share storages connections and orders so you dont need your friend to link the storages the same way you did it to have stuff moving smoothly hehe.

Hi, The first part of your suggestion has already been implemented in the game, you can build the Registrar and create a Title in it and as manager only you can add User of the title. So in authorization tab instead adding Users you can add 1 title. This will partially solve your issue, but you still have to add the Title to new objects With storage linking and orders, things are more complicated, we will try to figure out how to do it easier, but for now we have differ game mechanics that prevent to do such thing
