Rents and property rights.

Since v10 we have only one property ( with exceptions ) which limits renting to strangers as they gain access to your whole property and containers. Some changes to the renting include: - Separate renting from housing bonus. - Allow renting multiple properties or vehicles at the same time to allow for benefiting from housing bonuses and access to vehicle at the same time. - Simplify UI for renting vehicles ( prompt on access? ). - Visual distinction for rentable vehicles? - Allow landlord to specify access rights ( i.e. can get housing bonus, can't access containers / workstations or vise versa ). Potentially allow segmentation of a deed / multiple adjacent deeds for fine controll.

Skaral Larax Would love to see some smoother integration of rentable properties and other assets. Like workbenches, skid steers, and others. A lot of what you mentioned is possible… but I think only with some very non-user friendly methods. I’d also say the same about laws.
