Purchases From the Marketplace
I purchased the blueprint for zen sand. It said the purchase was complete, yet it still won't allow me to craft it. I have the resources I need and it says under the description for the time that it has 0 of 250 available to craft. I am confused, was I supposed to receive the blueprint to be able to craft somewhere, is there some way to claim it on my server?

Please let the colleagues know on which server you were purchasing, if you purchased via Steam or SLG (and your respective account ID) and the exact error you are getting.
