publish server binaries for arm64

Please publish binaries the arm64 architecture, at least for the linux server. Many hosting provider have arm64 offers that are much cheaper than equally powerful x86_64 hosts. In many cases (e.g. Oracle Cloud), very good options that would work perfectly for an Eco gameserver are even available for free! (Many people already use such offers for e.g. minecraft hosting)
