Portable ladders

I cannot stress enough how many times in the game I wanted something to step on just temporarily: hang a lamp on a high ceiling, reach a tree branch to cut it off, hang a sign or change its text, and so on. Yeah, we could just place a block and stand on it but it occupies hands, we can place a workstation and jump on it, but sometimes it doesn't fit on the ground or there are certain property restrictions - for example, it's a public road with limited access but you have a shopfront sign to change. I want to propose the portable ladder that is a tool - so there will be fewer issues with the access rights and potential griefing. When used it will just raise your character 1-2m up with a corresponding animation and a ladder prop. The character will be able to use any other tool while standing on the ladder, go up and down, and turn around, but won't be able to move horizontally until standing on the ground and the ladder is removed. I understand that it might be not as exciting as some other suggestions, but I think it would be such a QOL for multiple tasks
