Over fertilizing should cause pollution
My original suggestion #1521: https://github.com/StrangeLoopGames/EcoSuggestions/issues/15… main impact from agricultural runoff is when feeding nitrogen to the river you decrease the population of organisms which produce oxygen in the water and as a consequence you reduce fish population.Depending on what you feed in the river it's gonna be distributed in the surrounding soil downstream. This goes for tailings and for anything that can be transported by water.The new pollution system can already be used to account for over fertilizing in farms near the rivers.

An how shoult this get solved? i mean okay, but do you present a solution to neutralize this? Just imagine some radical farmer.
