Oil Exploration Tool
Oil Deposits shouldn't be displayable via map filter, else a tool which helps to explore deposits wold be more immersive.
Also an idea:
Imagine a fluid oil ressource in the ground is a which can get pumped up by a pumping jack on the surface and you have to drill (put 1 iron pipe per deepnes into a pumping jack)
Pending
That's a very good idea. Having oil in a town/country's soil would become a "happy accident" like it is in real life.
