New Tier 3 Building

I'm currently building a skyscraper for an all in one building(underground factory, 1st floor Store, 2nd floor Storage, Parking Garage, etc.) and I want the exterior to be concrete but in my Penthouse I wanted another option that felt lived in but not wood. Hence my idea, Drywall as a Tier 3 building material. Thank you for listening to my EcoTalk.

Im thinking that if i was to add this to the game i would add it as an object that is placed on the wall with various sizes and has no occupancy or limited occupany to allow it to exist behind existing wall objects. Much like a carpet with various sizes to allow the user to maximize the available wall space. 1x3 2x3 3x3 1x4 2x4 3x4 1x5 2x5 3x5 4x5 5x5 A good example of this is the EM lava rug where you can place it under objects except for the location of the 1x1 occupancy. This allows you to place the rug under tables and other objects in the room.

Drywall isn't a bad idea. I was actually thinking about suggesting ceramic tiles as an upgraded building material for Pottery, which would be basically in the same vein: a modern building material for residential use.
