New Professions and End Game Content
1. With Animal Husbandry you'll need at least two things, Farm hands and Veterinarians.
2. As for a brand new professions I think a Medical Profession would add a new level of immersion. Farm life and wildlife are dangerous, life threatening even.
I know there's not much PvP or even PvE for that matter but broken legs/arms, along side diseases and illnesses would give the new Drs and Nurses plenty to do.
3. College/Professors. Doctors don't just pop up over night and there are a few other Professions that can be hidden behind a new progression wall. Small towns get access to community colleges where Large Cities get Universities. Maybe even allow people from other settlements that don't have one to enroll into their neighbors'.
4. Athletes. What are colleges known for, that's right, exploiting young men and women for profit! Not just our wallets but also our bodies. Once a few towns/cities have colleges allow for some new sport(flag football?) to be played. Going from college, to professional(Superbowl) to Olympic!
5. The Olympics/Superbowl. A new end game challenge, monthly tournaments that give cultural boosts to the winning City.
And I'll leave it at that for now lol.

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately it contains too many different suggestions to allow useful voting, which is why I am closing it as I cannot merge it to any other specific suggestion. There already is a suggestion about Animal Husbandry and any related suggestions should either be posted in there or fully separate. A suggestion for a medical profession also already exists: https://eco.canny.io/admin/feedback/feature-suggestions/p/me… An education system is already in the works. Only the suggestions about athletes and olympics aren't covered yet and you could create a new suggestion for those, as they seem thematically adjacent. Please note that it is very important to keep suggestions to either one per post or thematically adjacent (like multiple different QoL suggestions all about stores in the same suggestion, as we would look at those all at once) to allow meaningful voting. A player voting on this issue cannot be identified on which specific suggestion they agreed on and votes for more specialized suggestions like the medical system could become lower, as a player only voted on this one, not the main one. The amount of votes on a suggestion is the main determinator on if it is being considered or not, though.
