New kind of Claims
Right now, there are Homestead, Outpost and vehicle claims.
We wanted to set up renting for all kinds of stuff. But it doesnt work! :(
We thought about a huge mall for all players, were everyone can have a small 2x2 claim. Only for a store. Now you say: "They can just claim it themself!" - Yes, but it would be nice to rent it. So the "mall owner" or "landlord" can build a fancy house or just a tier 4 or tier 5 building/room and is able to offer it via real estate desk, so people can have their workshops or stores in there.
Another idea we had for our game: Room claims. Not "marked" with one of those stakes, more like with some kind of wall mounted item. Like a plate or something. So it looks a bit cleaner.
So people can rent rooms/apartments in apartment buildings - or like above: To rent a single room for a store or a workshop.
Like Player 1, adding the wall mounted room claim in every room, name it how ever he wants. Like "Kings Road 2 B, Bathroom". "Kings Road 2 B, Bedroom" etc.
It wouldnt be the easiest option, but In my eyes, easier to set up, because the game dont know which rooms should be part of an apartment

How it can works: apartment building owner put a special sign on the entrance of an apartment and can name it (such as "Pine alley 3 flat 2", "Pine alley 3 flat 3" etc.). After this room behind door becomes an apartment. Next he takes claim tool and adds new rooms to apartment. One room can be a part of different apartments (such as bathrooms and kitchens in dormitories and outdoor territory for all apartment buildings) and divide its bonuses for each but main room of apartment can't be shared between different apartments.
