Move item cooldown based on location
Hello, all of us sure know transport item by just moving via 2-10 storages or carts for whole map in few second, or just skiping / not using elevator, because move whole storage of ore by storage is faster.
Is there any way to prevent this mechanic, and start using elevator / carts by the way how should they be used?
For example you cant move items more like 10 meter in 5 minutes.
