Material Building Height Limits

Add a limit to how high you can make buildings in each Tier. For example, 10 blocks for Stone/Wood, 20 blocks for Brick/Lumber, etc... basically no more 10-story skyscrapers made out of sticks and glue, tall buildings now need modern materials. This will help prevent players from getting around land claim limitations just by building up.

I have just made a similar suggestion (Building Stability), suggesting to implement a system that prevents building unrealistically like that

While this does definitely make sense and is a good idea, ten blocks for stone/wood and twenty blocks for lumber/brick are WAY too low. even buildings in real life get FAR taller than that with similar materials.
