Make canoes not terrible.

The way they handle is terrible. Sometimes when you press left, it goes right. Sometimes it does this only for a bit and then goes the way you do want it to go. Small manoeuvres are not possible, they only turn after holding the key to go a given direction for a bit. The collision is really wonky, when parked too close to a structure, it goes underwater and then jumps up out of the water. You can also only pick them up when standing on top of them.
