Make Asphalt Concrete production more realistic
The recipe for Asphalt Concrete is pretty unrealistic as no cement is needed for making it irl. The mixture of sand, aggregate and cement + water would create regular concrete.
A better approach could be adding Bitumen/Asphalt as a residue of refining Petroleum, much like Slag in smelting and using that as a component instead of Cement.
This would make it a realistic addition, while still being balanced. Also it would add a residue to Oil Drilling that can be a pollutant unless handled or processed.
