Hello, me idea is upgrade paper miller / or whole new profesion. For example, if you as basic cooking research cooking / baking etc now you cant learn, you just create blueprint for this upgraded / new profesion. The publisher buy blueprint from you, and via some his craft / machine create skillbook what can he sell. Lategame if he have better skill / better machines he can sell you book witch learn you profesion from skill 4+ to easy catch up market.

That’s sounds good something like science or librarian, or maybe making paper for baking and cooking? Like baling paper?

This perhaps should go under the new "Scientist" profession, where *something* (research papers?) from each profession is collected in order to make skill books of the more advanced categories possible, if not the final result. That would mean that skilling up would now be relegated to a role rather than a community effort, however, and likely for a one-time purpose. Persistent roles still need more thinking.
