Lasers should require significantly more power in parallel with the industrial generator producing significantly more power
Currently (at least on vanilla settings), there is no need to make an industrial generator as you can power the lasers off of just 3 Combustion Generators. I believe that this fact goes against the intention of how to "win" the game.
Given the upgrade changes in V13, just looking at ore requirements, a combustion generator costs about 220 iron ore, whereas the industrial generator costs about 1500 iron ore, 4000 copper ore, and 800 gold ore. When comparing costs, it is an absolute no-brainer to just make 3 combustion generators rather than an industrial generator. Not to mention the additional costs of building a room for the industrial generator, whereas the combustion generators can just be placed outside.
