Large/Industrial Shipyard & offshore drilling
I'd like to see an end-tier shipyard that makes use of steel and fiberglass to build very large/fast ships and crucially, an offshore drilling platform. In my most recent game, the best oilfield was in the deep ocean, with building disabled. An offshore platform would allow access to this oil reserve, while obv adding avenues for players to contribute to a runaway greenhouse effect.
