Land use permissions
Allow players to grant restricted access on their deeds for limited access like farming, hunting, and especially putting down carts/vehicles (e.g. on docks).

You can already do this with contracts on the contract board.
Worth noting that this can be done via laws, but being able to do it on a individual level per dead is a interesting proposition to consider.
