Increase Road carried amount.
Currently you can only hold 10 roads in your hand for placement. I believe a big QoL will be to increase the carried amount by multiples of 4 (increase it to 12) as when building ramps the size of the ramp is 4 long anyway. This will benefit the speed at which we can build roads. If balance is an issue, I feel like even decreasing the amount you can hold to 8 would still be beneficial as it keeps it with the multiple of 4.

If "12" is going to be a thing we might as well have 20 as that is 4x5 and it is already widely used for Tier 2 blocks.
