Improve block removal work contract

I wanted to hire someone to remove clay and rock from under my house, to build a basement, but either work contract isn't suited for it or it is too counterintuitive. Likely both (ex: no tooltip for 'surface' checkbox, less/more is confusing) I think block removal contract should follow following principles: 1. Ability to pay per removed block. I don't know how much work is expected, I can either overpay or underpay due to unspecified scope, therefore there should be some dynamical pricing with limits. 2. Ability to specify depth of work, not just 'surface' whatever that means (where the dirt was? from top floor of the house on that property?) and UI should be clear. Like: 4 blocks deep from topmost natural block or some other clarification 3. Ability to constrain work either to a specific chunk or specified position and dimensions Example 1: 'I want contract to last up to 200 units of sand removed or once all sand 2 blocks deep is gone from the property' with payment of 0.1 credits per unit of sand. No destination is set for mined material, feel free to keep it. Example 2: I want all clay, stone, shale, ore, mined out from x,y to x+5, y+5, 5 blocks deep with payment of 1 credits per unit. Resources go to that stockpile.
