Hydroelectric Dams

Either a standalone block, or an added function for reinforced concrete to build dams. Similar to the aqueduct variant of bricks. The dam variant would allow flowing water to build up behind it to the level of the dam variant block. You could then add a water turbine block that would generate electric power based on how many blocks the water fell to get to it. So, build the dam, build channels for the water to flow over the top of the dam, and down into the turbines. These turbines would require advanced parts from electricity and industry. Would go hand in hand with the planned electrical distribution feature
