Housing XP distribution
Housing XP must be distributed among players living in the same house.
It seems to me that the solution in version 10 is not logical and exploit when the residents of the house do not reduce the level of experience received from the rooms.
I agree that the second occupant will increase the percentage of the second bedroom from 50% => 100%. But the experience gained from the entire house should be distributed among the residents, or in a separate way (example 10hp from all rooms/2 = 5 for one player and 5 for another). Or something like 75% of experience between players, but not 100% for both the first and second.
In 10 version players just make 4 residents, than build 4 rooms of each type, gain 100% from each room. Than build another same rooms and gain 50%*4 for each!!!

The housing in Update 10 has been changed to be configurable by each server, as such there is no longer any kind of resident penalty in the base game. Housing will now equally be distributed between everyone, the room penalties applying as before. The resident bonus now depends on the server configuration and by default rewards extra experience for the first few residents, but then heavily declines for any more residents. This, in total, does actually reduce the amount of housing compared to before, which also was the goal. Given you can configure this to your own liking per server I'm resolving this as closed.
