Housing XP

MinMaxing Housing XP results in having 8 bedroomsand nothing else inthe beginning. That's a bit silly. It would be good if the number of rooms per type would have to stay in a valid relation. For example: It's ok to have 8 bedrooms when you have 3 livingrooms, 2 kitchens, 10 bathrooms and a private cinema. It is not ok to have more than one bedroom when you don't even have a livingroom.
