Expand Homestead permissions to include "Can claim plots" and "Treat as owned" visualization
I can already make someone a resident of my homestead, and I can give them full access so that they can build/modify/use everything within the homestead. What is missing is the ability to allow them to claim plots for my homestead; and allow them to change the plot highlighting so they don't have the red highlight that flashes in highlighting the world to remind them that they don't own this area.
(this is related to the core problem described in https://feedback.play.eco/improvement-suggestions/p/add-the-… which was not completed, despite the label, and is aimed at facilitating people actually living and working on a common plot right from the beginning.)
If making someone else an actual co-owner of the homestead is not feasible, then being able to assign permissions to let another player claim plots, and be treated for visual purposes (no "You don't own this" warnings or red "you don't own this" highlighting) would be sufficient to at least allow people to *feel* like they are effectively co-owners. Not as good as actually being co-owners, but it's good enough.

Hello Zitchas, it seems this is a duplicate of your prior suggestion that has already been marked as completed, as respective mechanics to facilitate group play are already present within the game framework by the use of separate claim papers and titles (which would then lead to actual co-ownership and hence also no UI hints as you mentioned). Similarly, there is suggestions for more fine-grained property control (which can include claiming) and automatic assignment of permissions for vehicles as well, as I have linked in the prior suggestion that we do plan to take a look on, but aren't easily doable in the current state of systems. However, homesteads are purposefully designed for ownership of a single person both for gameplay purposes and how the technical system has been developed based on that design - it is a concious decision to not provide for immediately available means to facilitate complete sharing for groups, as the game is focused around play on public servers and needs to take balance implications of group play into account - as such optimal group play is achieved by requiring some progression in the game and tied to settlements that allow some balancing and control over group play. For cooperative games outside of public servers the mentioned already existing game features are available very quickly through the foundation of a settlement and the use of the provided claim papers, as our settings allow you to reduce the requirements for founding a settlement to any value you want as well as allow increasing the amount of claim papers gained to any amount you want. That effectively allows you to immediately share unlimited property once you placed a settlement, which is extremely quick to do. For public servers this strategy works as well, but is limited by the balance configuration the server administrator chose to implement, as we intended. A system that would somewhat do what you want is available through the company mod, while that is mostly used to limit the power of groups on public servers, it contains respective features to make control of a common plot much easier: https://github.com/thomasfn/EcoCompaniesMod We unfortunately have no plans to introduce common ownership for homesteads, as that is specifically not their purpose. The suggestion would insofar change the intended game design, not improve on it when it comes to the goals pursued.
