Excavator and Skid Steer give Mining XP

The steam tractor + harvester gives gathering XP, but the excavator and skid steer do not give mining XP. While these vehicles are pretty late game, it would speed up the process of miners who pick up the skill later. Once these vehicles are unlocked there is little reason to do manual mining at this point, cutting out the main method of gaining mining XP.
