Empower: Blacksmith should affect crafted tools
Currently Empower: Blacksmith talent will alow the player to deal +1 DMG with Axes and Pickaxes, This talent has better value when the player is also a logger or miner, but decreased value otherwise.Making This talent work on all pickaxes crafted by that player would benefit the blacksmith regardless of other profession choices.

But better tool tiers do this already. or do you mean "sharpness"?
