Drawing districts in a line or box
You almost never need to go pixel by pixel when creating a district. We should have tools for easily drawing straight lines that are 1-5 plots wide.
A paint brush for making square and rectangular districts would be welcome as well. Almost all my districts are lines or boxes, and right now it requires a lot more effort to get them right than it should.
