Daylight Sensor and On/Off settings

In my eyes, the game is about to "saving the planet". From the meteor and from humans. More or less. So Im suprised, that there isnt a daylight sensor! Like, we love to see the street lights at night etc, but they are a pain during the day. So we building street lights, but they are all turned off 24/7. It would be amazing to have a setting for all lights (and some other things, like the large currogated steel door and all normal doors. In our game we use the large steel door to close our stores. It would be so nice, If tthere would be an option to close them during night and auto open in the morning) Same thing basically: The window shutters. Open at daytime, closed at night time. Of course everything just as an option, so people who dont want to use it, isnt forced to!
