Claim category for Hotel / renting
Atm all your tenants could not buy in your shop at the same claim where the hotel is located. Because we have now not anymore the possibility to split our claims, makes it hard to run a hotel in parallel to a normal business. Creating an extra Category like the "cultural" or "residential" for "hotel / rent" for the claims, would be help to avoid this problem. For sure the category "hotel / rent" should have then limited rights on the claim, so that shopping is possible again.
