Claim Buffer to prevent people building too close to one another

THE ISSUES: - Building too close preventing future base/land expansions - Building too close preventing future roads - Building too close and fully surrounding another player THE SOLUTION: - When people place a claim it creates buffer of 3 claims around them in each direction that's applicable I.e. doesn't run into someone else's claims. - As they add clams it will expand out this buffer. so a 1x1 would actually be a 7x7 and a 2x2 would be 8x8 of occupied space. Thus buffer doesn't prevent building or harvest/mining etc.. it only has claim rules. - When someone else tries to claim within the buffer they will not be able to and must step outside to start a claim forcing at least 3 claims of space to start. - If you build too close to someone elses buffer that side wouldn't be given a buffer then i.e. your 2x2 could look like 5x8 for instance. - Being the owner of the buffer you'd eventually be able to build 2 claims out from the buffer but must leave at least 1 buffer of space between another property/buffer line. ON HIGH CROWDED AREA - (likely limits) - A player could also place a 4x4 (16 claims) and now they'd have a buffer of 10x10 and their reserved claimable area would be a 8x8 - A player could also place a 16x1 (16 claims) and now they'd have a buffer of 22x7 and their reserved claimable area would be a 20x5 ON LOW/NO CROWDING AREAS - You can simply infinitely claim as there would likely be no one elses buffers to stop you.
