Change Real Estate desk recipe to unlock it faster
The fact that we get the real estate desk so late in the game make it not usefull at all. The purpose of this is mostly for town development and being able to plan ahead and sell parcel with a specific size. It would be amazing to be able to craft it really early into the game! The linen fabric make them hard to craft, would it be possible to change that recipe?
