Camera while pulling wood cart should act the same as all over vehicles and boats
Currently the camera is "free look" while moving a cart, you have to turn the cart and the camera at the same time to keep looking forward. Compare that to a boat, or other vehicle, the camera turns with the boat.
E.g.
CANOE EXAMPLE (this is how the wood cart should function)
1. Get in a canoe facing north.
2. Boat is facing north.
3. Camera is facing north.
4. Turn the boat right.
5. Boat is now facing east.
6. Camera is now facing east.
WOOD CART EXAMPLE
1. Begin pulling wood cart facing north.
2. Cart is facing north.
3. Camera is facing north.
4. Turn the cart right.
5. Cart is now facing east.
6. Camera is still facing north. (it should be facing the same way as the cart)
