Assign a title using the contract board
It would be nice if the contract board provided a means to assign someone a title. The idea behind this is to allow the contract board to allow the distribution of hunting licenses (when a law would otherwise disallow hunting) w/o the need for manual intervention from government officials. However, this would also require the user accepting the contract to pay money, which isn't supported.
