An additional way to make Glass
Goal:
- Alternative method to creating glass outside of Crushed Limestone / Mining Skills
- More for Farmers / Gathering skills to do to help with the highly demanded Limestone and Sand needs of the game.
- A method that will reduce the need for Limestone and reduce the quantity of sand required allowing these resources to have more uses for things like Quicklime in Steel Production and Asphalt / Reinforced Concrete Production.
- More for the Pottery Skill to do as well once Bricks are no longer viable which happens around the same time Bricks get into production since Pottery and Mechanics usually go hand to hand and that means a Masonry is able to right away produce Tier 3 Reinforced Concrete.
What we need:
- The addition of Saltwort plants which can be harvested by Gathering for extra amounts or anyone can participate in it's collection. Additionally Farmers or any player can also grow the Saltwort plants. To mass produce their amounts and it turn allow easier production of Glass for the future.
Pottery Recipe - Level 3 - Kiln Station:
- 4 Soda Ash - 16 Saltwort Plants - Craft Time 5 minute.
Glassworking Recipe - Level 5 - Glassworks Station:
- 1 Soda Ash Glass - 8 Soda Ash , 1 Sand - Craft Time - 1 minute.
