Allow for setting different weight to different ingredients in work party.
When creating a work party, allow adding each item from the work order separately to allow for setting different weight or not requesting the item at all.
Reasoning: when used for modern research, the cost of paper, ink and whatever other ingridients are needed is not the same. I want to be able to pay differently based on the ingridients contibuted without having to use a marketplace for one reason or the other like if I am using a public laboratory.

Yeah idk why this isn't a thing currently you have to do it VIA a shop Example Shop Sells "Research Credits" for Papers Made. So lets say it takes (example case) - Basic Research Papers for 5 Credits - Advanced Research Papers for 20-50 Credits. - Modern Research Papers for 75 - 150 Credits. Sell Lets say - Carpentry Skill = 200 Research Credits - Mechanics Skill = 1500 Research Credits - Advanced Smelting Skill = 2500 Research Credits - Oil Drilling Skill = 3000 Research Credits etc.. This way its a no cost trade system since its using an unlimited currency and any players can donate any of the papers to assist and fund for the skill they want to actually purchase. Then you can do Work Parties for the Labor Side Only.
