All the new servers seem to be heavily modded and have starting currency and pre made government.I end up closing the game and forgetting to come back.

As for your message: Pre-Made Governments and Starting Currencies are very popular with our players, as such it is no surprise that some administrators decide to include them in their server concepts. We do generally not regulate the abilities of administrators to make their servers unique - servers providing custom experiences are a big part of the Eco experience.
