Add another recipe that does not require the wooden molds with a lesser output of wet bricks so not everything is bottlenecked by smelting

Yes, T2 unlock is weird in V10, smelting unlocks nails giving access to lumber and molds, molds to pottery, pottery to glass furnace for glass.
I would rather go the opposite, needing brick or at least fired clay for bloomeries as IRL, and molds should be craftable with wood or clay (with a worse recipe cost than with nails).
Maybe something intermediate, having first to build some fired clay objects in masoned kiln (like pots already in the game) to unlock some other smelting workshops, and maybe craft a better pottery kiln in bricks after (a bit faster and more fuel effective).
