A new Skill for "Survivalist" : "Settlement Agent" or "Settlement Representative"

Players who decide to leave their skill aside to manage the colonie are not valued enough by the players and in the game. It might be a good idea to make this a skill in its own right. Niveau 0 : - Town Foundation ; Government Office ; Board Of Elections ; Ballot Box Niveau 1 : - Labor Efficiency Benefits 20% - Zoning Office ; Embassy Desk + NEW IDEA : Communication office : Send a letter or advertisement to citizens or other colonies + Change spawn location (for Starter) Niveau 2 : - Labor Efficiency Benefits 25% - Small Court ; Census Bureau ; Executive Office. + New IDEA : Festivities Office : Set up laws and ephemeral neighborhoods (with a timer) in order to create event in a specefic time. Instead of creating laws and neighborhoods then deleting them manually at the risk of making a mistake. + New IDEA : Niveau 3 : - Bonus - Part-time : Labor Efficiency Benefits 10 % in other Skill - Full-time : ??? Labor Efficiency Benefits 30% - Treasury ; Large Court ; Amendments ; Stenographers Table ; Court Table ; Court Chair. + New IDEA : Trade Office : Like a store but have possibility to set minimum and maximum prices for each item and taxes offenders.
