1st person walk/run and 3rd person vehicle driving
Ability to set perspective on walk/running vs in car. i.e. automatically defaults to 1st person when on foot and third person in a car without having to toggle it every time.

Yes please! An alternative would be the game remembering the mode for walkkng and driving separately, maybe even per vehicle type, then you could choose it as you wish
